few months; IVT R&D center in Beijing will move to a new
office located in high-tech center in the north of Beijing;

Arnold Lingwall has been appointed as the new Director of Sales
and Marketing for North America. Lingwall brings over 10 years of
IT channel experience with him to help establish IVT's presence in
the US and Canada. Prior to joining IVT, Lingwall held positions
with 3Com and US Robotics in their International Sales and
Marketing operations. In his last position with 3Com Lingwall was
responsible for Worldwide Product Management of 3Com's PC Cards.
