Bluetooth CTP Supported Mobile Phone
The Bluetooth CTP application provides the GSM Mobile
Phone cordless phone function. When the mobile phone enters into
the range of a CTP enabled Access Point (i.e. AP), it can connect
to the AP through Bluetooth and then act as the cordless phone
of the AP. User can use the mobile to dial out or pick up phone
call anywhere in the range but the cost is same as the fixed line!
The Mobile Phone must be Bonded/Paired with the
Access Point prior to accessing its services. Once bonded, the
bonding information will be stored in the AP, unless the user
removes it. Bonding is generally a once only procedure. After
the bonding process is finished successfully, two devices are
paired and form a trusted relationship.
